Shipping within New Zealand 

Shipping within New Zealand is $10 for one item and an additional $2 for every extra item will be added to shipping at checkout

Estimated Time of Arrival

We will endeavor to get your products to you as soon as possible. Below are estimated shipping times:

Urban New Zealand: 5-20 working days

Rural New Zealand: 10-25 working days

If you have a special time frame to work with, please contact us at info@aracnation.co.nz and we will make our best to support you. Please note, this may incur additional cost or may not be possible.

Exchanges & Returns for Online Purchases 

Our products are supplied by Printful Inc. If you are planning to return any of our products, please contact Aracnation first at info@aracnation.co.nz with “return” in the subject. That way we can answer any questions you may have and advise you on the best way forward. That also allows us to follow up with Printful. Inc and their suppliers. Printful Inc. is the platform that hosts our shop, all return should be processed online and directly with the supplier. You’ll receive the details on returns with the confirmation of your purchase.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the supplier’s part is covered at Printful Inc. expense.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are not available, please choose your product carefully. Our products are made to order, and unless the products are faulty or damaged, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

  • All postage costs for returns will be covered by the customer. 

  • We are not responsible for any damage to product caused by wear and tear.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO ARACNATION’S ADDRESS. The return address is included in the confirmation of your purchase. Aracnation is not responsible for the loss or damage of products sent to us.

In the unlikely event that your products are deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act by having them fixed, replaced or crediting you a refund. 

Please kindly note that we will not make any exceptions on the above conditions.
